Decided to bring out my box of many colors and start to do some embroidery, but I don't want it to be like

my grandma's even though I am a grandma myself.  I am having fun drawing up my own designs and then

being able to select colors that work well in my home.

I just love to read blogs and learn so much from others.  I know that I also have lots to offer, but I am not sure where to start.
